Job Description

Hoa Sen Home, the Building Materials & Interior Supermarket System of Hoa Sen Group, is a leading entity with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and trading iron and steel in Vietnam. With nearly 500 retail branches nationwide and an export channel to over 87 countries and territories globally, we are at the forefront of the industry.

We are seeking talented and passionate candidates to join the Hoa Sen Home Future Leaders Program. This initiative aims to build and develop a high-quality workforce, ready to take on future management positions.


  • Participate in an intensive training program covering product knowledge, business operations, and management.
  • Gain direct experience in various units and branches to understand practical experiences.
  • Undertake special projects under the guidance of senior leaders to develop problem-solving and management skills.
  • Engage in rotational assignments across different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire business.


  • Phase 1: 2 months - Integration and Basic Training
  • Phase 2: 10 months - In-depth Training and Practical Work in Indirect Departments
  • Phase 3: 12 months - Practical Training at Branches and Stores
  • Phase 4: 12 months - Management Internship
  • Phase 5: Advancement and development based on performance evaluation
  • (Note: Detailed program framework will be discussed upon successful interview and department allocation)


  • Testing: IQ, EQ, AQ, English/Chinese Language
  • Online interview/ Face-to-face interview
  • Presentation on an assigned topic
  • Receipt of results and a personalized training & development plan
  • Application and interview period: March and April 2024

Job Requirement


  • A University or Post-graduate degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in office computer skills and communication in English or Chinese.
  • A passion for learning, willingness to face challenges, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Age between 22 and 25, with a progressive spirit and high adaptability to a diverse working environment.
  • Highly flexible, with strong change management skills and a willingness to relocate as required.
  • Aligns with the Corporate Culture: 'Honesty, Community, Development.
